Took longer than expected, but labels made good sense
Overall, I found the wording and labels in the WFHI software quite clear and intuitively placed, which helped me navigate the modules without too much guesswork. It usually takes time to get familiar with any new platform, and in this case, it took me a couple of hours longer than I anticipated to fully understand the labels related to calling tools and database management. Though initially a bit confusing whether some labels pointed to training content or software features, the onboarding flow clarified most of this. The invoicing and payment labels were straightforward, which made my initial sign-up smoother. A small downside was that the labels on the dialer interface sometimes overlapped due to screen size, leading to occasional misclicks. Despite this minor frustration, the automatic updates improved clarity over time, and the telephonic support responded well when I reached out about labeling questions. So, while the first impression of wording could have been sharper, I’m satisfied with how understandable everything felt after getting used to it.
