I found that the hours tracking within the WFHI software only partly matched the hours I actually ended up working. At first, it seemed like the setup process was quick, but later I realized the system's timesheets and task management didn't fully align with my varied daily schedule. You made the onboarding straightforward enough, so entering the data wasn’t too complex; however, the automatic updates sometimes reset my custom hours, which was frustrating. Week by week, the calling tools worked when I needed to reach out, but the dialer's scheduling sometimes conflicted with the actual periods I was free. The training sessions covered the basics well but didn’t prepare me for juggling odd hours easily. Overall, the software feels like it could better accommodate flexible timings. I appreciate the support team's attempts to help when I was confused, though the priority assistance was a hit or miss. When signing up and paying, the invoicing was smooth and transparent, which was a relief. So it took a bit of patience, but I figured out ways to manage. I wish it had been faster to fit the reality of my work hours, but it’s usable.
