Took longer than expected because of confusing labels

Starting with the software, I must say it took a lot longer than I anticipated because the labels and wording used throughout the platform were often unclear. It wasn’t immediately obvious what certain buttons meant or what function some features served, which made the onboarding process quite frustrating. For example, in the calling tools section, I kept second-guessing what ‘dial list management’ referred to and had to spend extra time figuring it out. The database feature’s categorization was also confusing since similar terms were used for very different functions. Even payment and invoicing options didn't have clear descriptions, causing me to hesitate before making any payments. The software’s access was overall stable, but the unclear language made it harder to fully engage with its features quickly. On the brighter side, technical support was able to clarify some issues when I reached out, which was a relief amidst the ambiguity. It’s important for users to have straightforward directions, especially when migrating to a new workflow tool. I wish WFHI had spent more effort on simplifying their terminology since this delay impacted my initial experience significantly.
