Took Just a Few Days to Get Started
When I decided to explore WFHI’s software, it took me just about a few days to get everything going. The sign-up process was fairly straightforward and invoices arrived without delay, which helped me avoid any confusion around payment. The onboarding flow was methodical, guiding me through the basic training modules fairly quickly so I wasn’t stuck waiting unnecessarily. Once I reached the part where I had to use the calling tools and the dialer, it was mostly intuitive, making dialing and managing contacts smoother. Integrating the database feature fit well with my existing workflow, reducing extra steps. The automatic updates seemed to happen in the background without interrupting my use, which was convenient. Support was available by phone when I had some quick questions, and the responses were practical without being overly technical. Overall, the initial set-up from signing up to actively using the software didn’t drag and was done in good time, which helped me start using the remote workflow system promptly. That’s when I really felt it was ready to use and could deliver on what it promised.
