Took far too long, wouldn't recommend to anyone
I am honestly very disappointed with how much time it took to get started with this software. From the moment I signed up, it was over a week of delays just trying to get the basic setup done. The onboarding was not smooth at all, with not enough clear guidance on using the dialer and database features. I felt like I wasted a lot of time because of the vague instructions and slow responses from telephonic support. I tried reaching out multiple times but the help that came was inconsistent and not very useful. Also, the sign-up and invoicing process was unnecessarily complicated, which made me question if I had picked the right software. This whole experience was frustrating and I can’t see myself wanting to go through this again. If you want to jump straight into using remote workflow tools without a headache, I’d suggest you reconsider before trying this out. It’s not user-friendly and definitely not worth the wait.
