Took far too long to understand labels and navigation
I found the software quite difficult to navigate because the wording and labels used were not intuitive. It took a lot longer than expected just to figure out where key features like the dialer and database were located. The instructions seemed technical but unclear, leaving me confused about what actions to take next. This delay seriously hampered my ability to effectively use the system in a timely manner. I kept waiting for the interface to make more sense but it never really did, which was frustrating. Overall, the software did not meet my need for straightforward usability and cost me a lot of unnecessary time trying to learn it.
