Took far too long to navigate confusing labels

The whole process took a frustratingly long time, largely because the labels and wording within the software were unclear and not very intuitive. For example, during the onboarding, I remember staring at the database feature’s dashboard for ages without understanding what certain icons or buttons meant. This really hampered my ability to get anything done promptly. The invoicing section was equally opaque; I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to complete payment before fully setting up the calling tools, which added to the confusion. The initial sign-up seemed straightforward but didn’t prepare me adequately for these unclear parts later on. I hoped the training would resolve my doubts, but some of the content was vague and didn’t explain the terminology properly. Although I saw some automatic updates during the week, those didn’t address the user interface confusion, which made this overall experience quite frustrating and time-consuming for me.
