Took far more effort than I expected to keep up
Using WFHI’s software day-to-day felt tougher than anticipated, especially after the initial sign-up and onboarding. Each day brought new quirks in the calling dialer—sometimes it worked, sometimes calls dropped or the interface lagged, which made consistent workflow challenging. Training content was there, but it didn’t cover all the glitches I faced regularly. I’m also frustrated with how automatic updates seemed to occasionally break features rather than fix anything, so I had to wait to get back on track. The sales info made it look like everything would just click into place, but in reality, much of it required persistent effort from my side. Invoices and payment process were the one thing that worked smoothly, so credit there. But overall, the ongoing hiccups and day-to-day reliability issues meant I spent far more hours troubleshooting and adjusting than I wanted to, which honestly made me question whether I’d continue with this setup long term.
