Took considerable effort to find what I needed
I spent quite a bit of time just trying to locate the features and offerings I was interested in before I even signed up. The initial website layout wasn’t very intuitive, so I had to navigate through multiple pages and sections to understand the different software packages and training modules. Clicking through the sales information, checking the dialer tool specifics, and looking at database features took effort—sometimes links didn’t lead directly to detailed descriptions. When I finally got to the signup and payment part, it was smoother, but the delay before I could access the calling tools felt frustrating. While the software itself seems functional, the process of figuring out exactly what to buy wasn’t straightforward and took much more time than I expected. If the steps for pre-purchase were more clearly labeled or summarized, it would ease new users like me who want to start quickly without guessing the product details. In general, the effort required before actually using the product was higher than I anticipated.
