took a while to adjust to daily software use
I'll say the first few days with the training materials and onboarding software were a bit of a mixed bag. Initially, the setup was slow, and I wasn’t completely sure about some functions in the calling tools. Over time, things seemed to ease up, and the database features started to feel more intuitive. Automatic updates sometimes altered the interface which caused some momentary confusion. While the company’s telephonic support was reachable, it didn’t always offer quick resolutions which was a bit disappointing but not a deal-breaker. The invoicing system was straightforward so billing worries were minimal. I guess the overall impression is that when you first jump in, expect a bit of a learning curve and minor glitches day-to-day, but the system does stabilize in regular use. So it’s more about patience and persistence. I'd recommend sticking with it for at least a week before forming final opinions because the experience can improve gradually.
