Took a fair bit of effort to get terminology clear
As I worked through the WFHI platform, I noticed that some of the labels and wording weren’t immediately clear to me. The database, dialer, and calling tools each had their own sets of terms, and sometimes these terms seemed to overlap or contradicted what I expected. For instance, when I’d click on something labeled 'Call List,' I wasn’t always sure if it meant the database subset or active dialer queue. It took me a while to become confident about what each label meant, and I had to consult the training materials repeatedly. This was a bit frustrating at times since I prefer straightforward instructions. The support team was accommodating when I reached out, which helped smooth out some confusion. Yet, getting through to the right explanation sometimes required repeated contacts. Overall, it was a warm experience because the staff were patient, but the terminology could benefit from simplification. I had to invest effort to become comfortable with the vocabulary and interface. Hopefully, in the future, the platform's wording will get clearer so less effort is needed from users in this area.
