Took a bit longer than I thought it would
The sales process was fairly clear but I found some of the labels on the website a little confusing initially. For instance, the terms they used around workflows and databases weren't exactly what I expected, so I had to spend extra time reading through the product descriptions and FAQ. That added maybe a few minutes to the sign-up process, but overall it was manageable. The invoicing system was straightforward and the payment options provided were easy to use. I would say the terminology could be simplified for newcomers to reduce any hesitation. Still, the checkout didn't have unnecessary complexity. So, while it did take longer than I hoped initially because I was double-checking things, now I’m quite comfortable with their system. I appreciate how they offer telephonic support if you need help understanding those pre-sale details. So just a slight reservation on wording, but no major issues otherwise.
