Starting out with WFHI wasn’t as quick as I’d hoped, mostly because the onboarding and training required more time than expected. On one hand, the sign-up and payment stages were quite straightforward, with clear invoices and easy payment options available. On the other hand, it took some patience to fully understand the calling tools and dialer features, as the onboarding sessions didn't completely match my work schedule. This meant I had to adapt and explore the database features myself outside of the training hours, which slowed my progress. However, the software itself runs reliably once set up, and the telephonic support has been accessible and fairly helpful when I reached out. I appreciate the automatic updates, though sometimes they required me to re-familiarize myself with certain features, which added a bit of delay. Overall, while it wasn’t a lightning-fast start, the time invested made sense given the depth and scope of the software. So, even though getting started took longer than I initially wanted, now that I'm comfortable, the workflow seems steady and manageable going forward.
