took a bit longer than expected, but not too bad

So, I started looking into the wfhi software and wanted to check out the training and support before buying. Honestly, I had to speak to the sales team a few times because some info was repeated a lot, and it felt like they weren’t fully clear on some details themselves. The waiting part was okay mostly but there were moments when I was just hanging around for an update that didn’t come immediately. On the plus side, the sign-up process was straightforward, and getting the invoices sorted out didn’t take too many back-and-forth messages. The database feature sounds good on paper, and I tried it during the demo, but some parts of the onboarding seemed a bit rushed, so I wasn’t sure if I got the full picture. Calling tools worked alright during the trial, but the dialer had a few quirks. I appreciate the telephonic support was reachable when I asked, although sometimes I had to repeat what I said to different people to get things fixed. Over all, the wait and repetition made the experience a little tiresome but I guess the product and service are decent enough to consider, just that the process could be smoother. It took a fair chunk of time to get a clear understanding, which wasn’t ideal but manageable.
