Too repetitive and slow for experienced users, not suited for fast-paced
I found the training and onboarding painfully slow because of a lot of repetition and waiting between sessions. The initial onboarding took quite some time with frequent pauses to repeat basic instructions I already knew from previous experiences. This made it feel inefficient and somewhat frustrating, especially when I wanted to move on to actual workflow setup, but instead ended up sitting through information I didn’t need again. Waiting for telephonic support callbacks also added to delays, so progress was slower than I'd hoped. I think this process might suit complete beginners who benefit from repetition and a slow pace, but not people like me who prefer speed and cutting to the chase. In short, this training wouldn’t suit those who want a quick start or have prior familiarity with remote workflow systems. It felt more like a drag than an efficient onboarding process, which left me questioning the overall value for experienced users like myself.
