Too much waiting during training drag

I found that the training and onboarding process involved quite a bit more waiting than I expected. Each step seemed to linger on the same topics without much variation, which felt repetitive after some time. For example, learning the calling tools and dialer took longer than necessary because the pace wasn’t well adjusted to my level. While the training content itself was fairly clear, the repeated explanations sometimes made me lose enthusiasm. On the bright side, the telephonic support provided friendly responses and did attempt to clarify some confusing points during these waits. However, overall it felt like the process dragged unnecessarily, delaying my ability to put software features like the database and automatic updates into practical use quickly. The sign-up and invoicing steps were fine and relatively smooth, but they couldn’t lift the prolonged aspects of training. I’d recommend they try to tighten the waiting periods, because as it stands, you lose engagement easily when things move too slowly.
