Too much waiting during setup
Signing up and going through WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process took more time than I expected. The amount of repetition in explanations was noticeable—often I felt I was hearing the same details again and again when I called to clarify aspects of the software and training. The payment and invoicing steps dragged on as well, with the sign-up requiring multiple follow-ups to confirm everything was in order. Telephonic support was polite but it sometimes seemed they had to transfer me multiple times before I got the help I needed, which added to the waiting. The onboarding flow, including the setup of calling tools and the dialer, involved several pauses where I had to wait for automatic updates to finish before proceeding, which felt inefficient. Although the database feature itself integrated decently with my workflow, reaching that point took longer than I anticipated. Overall, I think the whole process could have been smoother with less repetition and shorter wait times. While I acknowledge that some aspects like the clear payment receipts were handled fine, the amount of time it took to complete sign-up and get fully operational was frustrating enough to affect my initial impression. The time it took definitely left me feeling like the process is drawn out and more streamlined handling would improve the experience.
