Too much time spent trying to figure out software access
I went in expecting to have a fairly straightforward experience with the software, but the reality was quite different. Much of the setup was left for me to figure out on my own, from understanding how to use the dialer to setting up the database in a way that matched my workflow. The onboarding process seemed rushed and gave broad instructions that didn’t cover many practical scenarios. This led to me spending a lot of extra time troubleshooting and waiting for telephonic support to clarify even basic steps. While the support team was eventually helpful, the lag in response was frustrating and only added to the time sink. Automatic updates sometimes introduced changes without clear notice, which meant re-learning parts of the software more often than I expected. The invoicing and payment process was one of the smoother elements, though this came after a significant time loss elsewhere. Compared to other platforms, I anticipated a more guided and user-friendly orientation but ended up deeply involved in figuring out the software’s nuances myself. It took me way longer than anticipated to reach a stable, working flow, which made the overall experience more tedious than I had hoped.
