Too much time spent on onboarding steps, needs smoother flow

From the beginning, the sign-up and onboarding steps seemed overly complicated and took more time than I expected. Initially, I thought it would be a simple registration process, but the multiple verification stages and repeated form-filling made the experience frustrating. The sequence didn’t flow logically; for example, I had to submit payment details before fully understanding what the software offered and how the database feature fit into my workflow. This caused some hesitation and delays while I reviewed their training content halfway through the signup phase. Moreover, the invoicing system wasn’t immediately clear, making it hard to confirm whether my payment was properly recorded. I grant that the telephonic support team was polite when I eventually called, but the lack of clarity in the initial instructions wasted quite a bit of my time. Ideally, there should be a more streamlined approach where the sequence of setting up the calling tools, dialer, and software access is explained upfront so I can finish the process faster. The current order feels somewhat disjointed and unnecessarily prolonged, which detracted from the overall experience.
