Too much time spent figuring stuff out
Starting out with the training and onboarding from WFHI, I was hopeful it would be straightforward. Initial steps were clear enough, but as days went by, I found certain features just didn't behave consistently, especially the dialer and database integration. Each morning, I had to re-adjust settings which should have stuck after setup. The automatic updates, instead of improving things smoothly, sometimes caused unexpected slips with the calling tools, which was frustrating on days when I had back-to-back follow-ups. On the plus side, the telephonic support was reachable without hassle, and I found their explanations generally clear enough when I called to troubleshoot. However, this didn't really speed things up because I ended up calling quite often. The onboarding process felt drawn out because it took longer than I expected to get a steady workflow going. The invoicing and payment steps were simple and didn’t add to the complexity, which I guess was one of the few bright spots. Overall, the day-to-day experience showed some gaps that kept the system from feeling reliable, requiring patience and extra time that I wasn’t fully prepared for.
