Too much time spent figuring it out on my own
I signed up for the software hoping it would streamline my remote workflow. However, right from the start, I found that I had to work out a lot on my own regarding access and settings. The onboarding flow was not intuitive, and I spent several hours just trying to get the basics to function. There wasn’t enough guidance on how to navigate the calling tools or database features. I expected something more structured but ended up troubleshooting issues without clear instructions. The automatic updates didn’t clarify anything either, and I had to revisit forums to understand changes they made. Telephonic support wasn’t much help either — long wait times and generic answers meant I often had to repeat my problem multiple times. Invoicing and payment were straightforward enough, but that was where the simplicity ended. Overall, the amount of time taken to simply figure out basic operations was frustrating and not what I anticipated from a paid service. I don’t feel I got the value for the effort and time I invested, and I am not planning to continue with it as is.
