Too much time lost in unhelpful steps
The support process was quite frustrating because the steps provided did not follow a sensible order. At several points, I was asked to perform tasks that seemed unrelated to the original issue, causing unnecessary back-and-forth. It took a very long time to get past these irrelevant steps, during which my problem remained unresolved. Although the staff were polite, the structure of their instructions was not logical from my perspective, leading to significant time lost and a sense that the whole experience could have been much faster and more efficient with a better-ordered sequence of guidance.
