Too much struggle to get a straight answer
The whole sales process was frustrating from the start because the people I contacted were slow and unclear. I tried multiple times to get clear information on how the software and training would actually work, but the responses were vague or delayed. It felt like a lot of unnecessary effort just to get basic questions answered. Emails and calls were not returned promptly, and when they were, I was often passed between different representatives without a concrete resolution. This back and forth wasted time and diminished my confidence in the product’s management. Even signing up proved more of a process than I expected, with confusing invoicing formats and unclear payment instructions. There was little consistency in communication, which made me question whether I wanted to proceed any further. The level of responsiveness did not meet my expectations for a service promising support and clarity. Unfortunately, this early hassle discouraged me from engaging with the platform beyond initial inquiry stages. I had hoped for a smoother, more transparent introduction to what seemed like a decent product but instead encountered unnecessary obstacles that I do not recommend to others who value clear communication.
