Too much self-navigation needed in onboarding
I found the training and onboarding with this software more frustrating than helpful primarily because much of it felt like I had to puzzle things out by myself. The official onboarding materials provided a basic overview but didn’t thoroughly explain some of the crucial daily workflow features I needed to use. Rather than feeling guided step by step, I was often figuring things out on my own or searching through multiple documents and videos to make sense of what to do next. There were occasional telephonic support calls, but the wait times and response specificity sometimes left me wondering if I would have figured it out faster by trial and error alone. The automatic updates did roll out as expected but without clear notes on what changed, so I kept rechecking instructions to see if anything new affected me. This lack of structured onboarding left me hesitant to fully adopt the system and made starting up much slower than I imagined. I believe a more detailed and practical-focused training flow could have saved a lot of time and avoided my persistent confusion along the way.
