Too much figuring out on my own before purchase
I’m honestly a bit tired of having to work most things out for myself before even getting to try the software properly. When I was looking at WFHI's platform, the sales info was not very clear on how the dialing and database features would be integrated, and I ended up having to navigate through a lot of confusing documentation. There wasn’t enough straightforward explanation on what exactly the software offers or how the training will roll out. I tried calling the support to get a better idea before subscribing, but I wasn’t given a clear, structured overview of the onboarding steps. That made it hard to decide whether the software suited my needs or how much time it would take to set up. The invoicing details were skimpy too, so I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of billing processes. I’m fine with some effort on my part, but the early-stage vagueness and lack of detailed guidance during the sales phase left me frustrated. At least the software eventually provided basic functions once I started using it. However, having to do so much figuring out by myself beforehand—especially with something as intricate as remote workflow—doesn’t really instill a lot of confidence. I think I expected better upfront clarity and support to minimize the guesswork.
