Too much effort for not much payoff in support
Honestly, dealing with support felt like running a marathon in slow motion. Right from the start, the order of the steps they asked me to follow made very little sense to me. I was told to reboot software components multiple times before they even checked if my database sync was configured correctly. This slowed down getting actual help by quite a lot. Each time I called, I had to repeat the same basic info because they hadn’t updated my ticket notes properly. The instructions jumped back and forth, making it hard to track what was supposed to be done next. Only near the end of the whole process did they finally guide me systematically through the onboarding steps in a way that actually helped. I guess one thing I can say is that once the right order of troubleshooting was established, things went smoother – but until then, I felt like I was chasing my own tail. For the effort it took, I expected a lot more from telephonic support, especially given the supposedly priority service I was paying for.
