Too much confusion in software steps yaar
Yaar, honestly mujhe WFHI software use karne mein bohot zyada confusion hui. Steps itne ordered nahi lage ki main easily samajh jaoon ki pehle kya karna hai aur baad mein kya. Jab main sign-up kar rahi thi, tabhi lagne laga ki process thoda jumble hai, because database setup aur dialer integration ke instructions jo diye gaye they, wo logically ek sequence mein nahi thy. Kabhi step 3 pe aate aate mujhe lagta tha ki step 2 properly complete nahi hua, par software mujhe check karne ka option nahi de raha tha clearly. Training mein bhi thoda mix-up tha; mujhe laga woh mere liye easy hoga but woh documentation aur video tutorial, dono scattered lage. Automatic updates ke baad bhi mujhe lagta tha ki kuch things reset ho gaye jo mujhe firse set karne pade. Support team se baat karne ka socha, par delay itna zyada tha ki time waste lagne laga. Overall, mujhe sequential or clear roadmap chahiye tha, jo yahan properly nahi mila, isiliye main bolungi ke software ka access aur use karne ki jo process thi, wo mere liye mostly confusing rahi.
