Too many steps and some were out of order
The sales and pre-purchase process for WFHI software involved more steps than I expected and many of them were not arranged logically. Signing up and the initial query phase overlapped unnecessarily with the invoicing stage, which complicated things and made it less smooth. Typically, you want to understand pricing and terms before you commit to payment details but in this case the sequence was confusing. Moreover, some telephonic support calls to clarify features happened before I had full access, which felt premature. The training overview and onboarding sessions were also scheduled somewhat late compared to when I could begin using the software. This all added to the effort required and left me feeling a bit weary from the back-and-forth. It seemed like the process could benefit from a clearer and more sensible order of steps to reduce redundant communications and unnecessary waiting. While the invoicing and payment system itself was clear, integrating it with support and access took more effort than anticipated. I have encountered similar processes before and this felt less optimized. Overall, the experience was somewhat taxing for what should be straightforward actions, so I believe WFHI could improve the customer journey by rethinking how these stages are sequenced.
