Too confusing and frustrating experience overall
I expected the whole pre-purchase and sales process to be straightforward and user-friendly, but honestly, it was the complete opposite. When I tried to find out details on the training modules and software features, everything was unclear and scattered across different pages, which made it very hard to understand what exactly I was signing up for. I compared this with other products and honestly, they had much clearer presentations. Even the invoicing and billing details felt complicated and not well explained upfront. I felt like I was running around searching for answers without any straightforward guidance. It was very frustrating because I had expected something simple and clear from the start, but instead it felt like I wasted a lot of time trying to piece everything together. Definitely not the smooth experience I had hoped for.
