To sum it up, labels could have been clearer but training was good
When I first started the training and onboarding, the features of the software seemed powerful but the wording and labels on buttons weren’t always obvious. Some terms used in the dashboard and within the calling tools felt a bit technical for someone new to this kind of setup. That said, the training sessions helped clarify many of these. The onboarding flow itself was well structured, guiding me through initial steps like database setup and dialer configuration without much hassle. Automatic updates took care of keeping the software current, so I didn't have to worry about manual patches. Support staff were reachable by phone when I had a couple of quick questions, and their responses were concise. Signing up and handling invoices was straightforward, although I did wish the invoice formats were a bit simpler to understand the breakdown. Overall, I’d tell a friend it’s a solid product but be ready to spend a bit of time getting used to the terminology. The effectiveness is there once you get past those small hurdles, and the training is genuinely helpful in that respect. I think the experience is likely to improve as I become more familiar with the platform.
