Timely responses were the only bright spot in a frustrating pre-purchase interaction
In my experience with the pre-purchase phase of WFHI’s software and training, I found the responsiveness of their team to be the one positive aspect worth mentioning. Whenever I reached out to clarify or ask questions about the setup process or ongoing features, the telephonic support staff were polite and relatively prompt. That said, beyond this helpful communication, many other facets of the initial experience were less satisfactory. The information provided during sign-up left gaps, making it difficult to anticipate how much would be one-time setup versus continuous effort required. The invoicing steps seemed convoluted and not well explained, which added unnecessary confusion. While the software promised various automated tools and updates, I struggled to understand how these would integrate with my existing workflows until getting far into the onboarding, by which point earlier transparency would have been appreciated. The training sessions felt generic, lacking tailored guidance I had expected for the complexity of remote workflows. Overall, although the responsiveness of the people was good, I felt frustrated with the overall readiness and clarity provided before purchase, diminishing confidence in the product’s fit for my needs.
