Time waste: delays and daily glitches made it frustrating
From the outset, the daily performance and usability of the WFHI software were disappointing enough to warrant this review. While initial setup was lengthy but manageable, the subsequent days were marked by frequent glitches that hampered even basic operations. The calling tool occasionally failed to register outbound calls properly, forcing repeated attempts that wasted valuable work time. The database feature was inconsistent, sometimes failing to save updates or refresh listings without manual intervention. These recurring issues significantly slowed down my workflow and decreased my confidence in the software's reliability. Telephonic support was accessible but often slow to respond, with explanations that occasionally felt scripted and unhelpful in resolving the technical difficulties I faced. The automatic updates seemed to introduce new complications rather than fix existing ones, which was particularly frustrating given the time invested. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment process were relatively handled, but the overall experience overshadowed any positives. Given the cumulative delays and daily problems, I found it difficult to justify continued use, and I am left regretting the time spent trying to make the software work in routine conditions. Immediate improvements are necessary if this system is to become practical for regular users who depend on consistent performance.
