Time taken for training was longer than expected
In my experience with WFHI, the day-to-day behavior of the software during training and onboarding took longer to get used to than I initially thought. While the initial sign-up and setup appeared straightforward, the actual training sessions extended over many days, and learning to navigate the calling tools and database integration was slower than anticipated. The automatic updates sometimes led to minor disruptions which meant I had to relearn certain features more than once. Although telephonic support was available, resolution of specific issues often took multiple contacts, which stretched the overall time required to become comfortable with the software. As a result, the onboarding experience was more time-intensive than I expected, which was a frustration because I wanted to integrate it quicker into my workflow. Despite this, some elements like invoicing and payments processed smoothly, which was a slight positive in comparison to the other challenges encountered through the training period.
