Time spent onboarding was longer than expected
Trying WFHI software was interesting, but honestly, it took me longer than I expected just to get comfortable with the interface compared to what I had used previously. The access process was okay but felt clunky at times, and navigating the dashboard wasn't as intuitive as I hoped. I did find some parts promising, like the automatic updates that kept the system relatively current without manual effort, which was definitely a plus. Still, compared to my earlier experience with other remote workflow tools, this one demanded more patience and time investment before it started feeling streamlined. The calling tools worked mostly fine, but the dialer did cause some minor inconveniences here and there. Overall, the software has potential but requires a steeper learning curve. If you have the time to invest, it could be worth it. But for quicker onboarding and immediate ease, it might feel slower than alternatives.
