Time it took was too long

Pehle toh time lag gaya setup karne mein. Support se baat karne ke liye wait kiya, lekin koi proper response nahi mila. Sab kuch itna unclear tha ki maine nahi socha tha ki itna samay lagega. Bahut frustating experience raha.
