Thoughtful training might suit consistent routine users
At first, I was unsure how well the training would pan out beyond the initial demo. The onboarding process seemed thorough but a bit heavy to digest all at once. However, as I used the software day to day, the stepwise instructions and ongoing support started to feel more practical. I noticed that regular updates helped keep the interface relevant and the calling tools worked smoothly across the week, which seemed encouraging. I think this kind of training would suit someone who plans to use the platform consistently, rather than casually. If you are the type who needs quick fixes or sporadic use, it might feel overwhelming. But for a user like me interested in gradually building workflow familiarity, this ongoing structure is valuable. The experience was not perfect, though, so I wouldn’t say it is for everyone, particularly if you want rapid mastery from day one.
