Thought training would be more aligned, but not quite
Before starting the training and onboarding, I had certain expectations based on their descriptions and the initial overview sessions. I anticipated a more structured and interactive experience, maybe with better scenarios to apply the remote workflow principles practically. What I did find helpful was the pacing of the modules, which wasn't too rushed, allowing me to absorb some concepts gradually. However, the content felt somewhat generic and not tailored enough to the kinds of challenges I actually face when managing remote work processes. Onboarding was okay in terms of software setup, but I felt the guidance through the database and calling tools could have been deeper, especially since those are crucial for daily tasks. They offer automatic updates, which is useful in keeping the software current without my intervention. Though I appreciate that aspect, it still didn’t compensate for the training’s lack of depth that I had hoped for. Telephonic support was reachable but not always timely; sometimes I had to wait longer than expected. Invoicing and payment steps worked smoothly, with clear instructions and no real issues there. Overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming relative to what was promised upfront. It’s not all bad, but I think improvements are needed for onboarding to better match expectations and real-world usability.
