thought signing up would be easier, ended up figuring most stuff myself

Honestly, I was expecting from the start that the sales and pre-purchase info would clear things up better. I mean, signing up was simple enough but after that, it felt like I had to work out what the actual software included all by myself. No real clarity about the features like the dialer or database until after I had logged in and poked around. They mention training but a lot of it felt vague or too general, so I spent quite some time searching for tutorials elsewhere. Waiting around for support responses happened too; that was annoying because sometimes what I needed was just a quick answer. Invoices and payments went okay, no real issues there. But if I’m honest, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations in terms of how hands-on the company's representatives were pre-purchase. I suppose if you are used to exploring new software independently, this might not be a big deal. Personally, I had hoped for a bit more guidance and less guessing for especially the calling features and automatic updates. In short, a bit underwhelmed by how much I had to figure out on my own after signing up.
