thought onboarding would be straightforward but it wasn’t
I was really expecting the training to be clear and simple to follow since it’s advertised as for beginners but honestly it was all over the place and confusing. The people explaining it seemed rushed or maybe they just assumed I already knew certain things which I didnt. I reached the part about setting up the dialer and it was a mess trying to understand the steps. Also, the onboarding flow kept jumping between tasks confusingly and the instructions didnt explain technical terms at all. Felt like I wasted my time hoping it would get better. Honestly, it was frustrating because I was eager to start using the main features but instead I just kept hitting walls. Not sure if ill retry or look for something else because this wasn’t what I expected at all.
