Thought it would be confusing but labels were actually simple
Honestly, I was bracing myself for a confusing onboarding experience since these workflow tools usually come with jargon-heavy labels and weird wordings. But I was pleasantly surprised with how straightforward the whole training was. The labels on buttons and sections made sense right away and helped me understand what each part was about without needing to dig around. For instance, the dialer functions were named in a way that reflected their use clearly rather than some techy buzzwords that would’ve made me hesitate. The training sessions also reflected this clarity by sticking to plain language, which made the learning curve less steep than I expected. I definitely thought I’d get stuck a lot, but the wording helped keep things smooth. It made me feel like the creators had put thought into the user experience and not just piled on features. So my original expectations of confusing menus and labels were flipped completely, and now I’m quite comfortable exploring the software daily. Feels like a relief to have a product that meets expectations in this way.
