Thought it’d be tough but onboarding was pretty chill
So I was honestly expecting the training and onboarding to be kinda overwhelming with all those labels and new terms flying around, but I was pleasantly surprised. The way WFHI set up the onboarding flow was pretty clear, with everything labeled logically enough that it made sense on the first go. Sometimes, the words they used felt a little formal or generic, which made me stop and think twice, but not in a bad way. I definitely had moments wondering if maybe some of the steps could be renamed for more clarity, but overall, the training videos helped to fill in those gaps. The sign-up was smooth, and as I worked through the training modules, the dialer setup and database features started to feel less intimidating. There was that tiny bit of confusion around updating my profile information, but the call to support cleared that up quickly. I really liked how the automatic updates made sure I had the latest software without me lifting a finger, which was a nice bonus. I’m quite comfortable now with the system, and if I ever need to run through the training again, I think I could probably figure it out just fine. The only hang-up is that the language used in some instructions could be more straightforward for people new to remote workflow software, but I’d still recommend it if you’re trying to get the hang of the system without too much jargon.
