Thought it’d be simpler, ended up figuring most myself
Honestly, I expected the sales and sign-up process to be more straightforward based on their info, but I had to spend quite some time figuring out some parts myself. The initial setup instructions weren’t very clear to me and I struggled to understand the dialer integration properly. The invoicing system was okay, though a bit confusing at first glance, but I managed with some trial and error. One small reservation was the lack of detailed guidance during the onboarding training, which I thought would cover everything. Overall, it didn’t meet my initial expectations for ease of use, so it felt more like I was left to work things out on my own than fully supported.
