Thought it'd be simpler, but it turned out better than expected
Hey, so before I started the training and onboarding with WFHI, I kinda expected just some basic videos and maybe a PDF manual. I thought it’d be pretty straightforward, but honestly, the experience was better than I figured. The training sessions are pretty interactive, and they don’t just throw info at you. The onboarding process helped me get the hang of the software, like how to manage the database and use the dialer tool efficiently. It wasn’t just a one-time thing either; I had some follow-up support to clarify stuff if needed. I did find some of the terminology a bit confusing at first, especially around the automatic updates and how they roll out. But once I got the hang of it, it made the software feel more reliable. The invoicing and payment steps were clear too, which I appreciate because I’m not big on complicated billing. Overall, it matched what I wanted but with a bit more depth and support than I thought I'd get, which actually made a positive difference for me.
