Thought I might struggle, but finding features was easier than I expected
I wasn't sure at first whether I would be able to navigate the WFHI platform easily, since I had heard mixed things about the onboarding flow and training videos. However, once I logged in and started exploring, I found that the software was surprisingly intuitive. The database feature, which I was particularly concerned about, was well-organized and didn't take long to understand. I guess I expected to waste a lot of time figuring out the dialer and calling tools, but those were more straightforward than anticipated. The automatic updates seemed to happen smoothly in the background, so I didn't notice many interruptions. Still, a few times when I sought help from the telephonic support, there was a slight delay in connecting. Overall though, the sign-up and payment steps were clear and logically arranged which made the whole process pleasant despite my initial hesitations. It’s definitely a lot better than what I feared going in.
