Thought I’d feel more confident, but it was quite a surprise
Honestly, when I started with the training and onboarding, I thought I’d be fully ready to use the software by the end, but that wasn’t exactly how things went. The training sessions were okay, and some parts made sense, but I often found myself wondering if I missed some steps. The pace wasn’t bad, just sometimes I felt the instructions assumed I knew more about remote workflows than I actually did. It was a bit confusing at times to navigate through the database features and connect them with the calling tools the way they showed. By the time I completed the onboarding flow, I wasn’t exactly confident but more like cautiously optimistic that I could figure things out with experience. I guess I expected more hands-on practice or maybe better explanations during the training. On the positive side, the automatic updates ran smoothly without interrupting, and the telephonic support was patient when I used it. So, overall, I was surprised by how much I still had to figure out on my own even after going through the main training.
