Thought I’d be stuck, but turned out better than expected
Initially, I expected to spend a lot of time figuring out the WFHI software and onboarding by myself, since remote workflow tools tend to be complicated. But actually, once I started, the training materials were quite helpful and easy to follow. Sure, there were moments where I had to experiment a bit, especially while setting up the calling tools and understanding the database feature. But it wasn’t overwhelming—I appreciated the step-by-step guidance that eased me into the process. The automatic updates were seamless, so I didn’t have to worry about staying current. The dialing software worked smoothly throughout the week, which was a pleasant surprise and saved me time. Plus, the invoicing and payment system was straightforward to get through, and telephonic support was there if I needed it. Overall, I thought I’d be struggling way more, but it turned out to be a mostly self-driven yet supported experience, exactly what I needed.
