Thorough training but lacked adaptability to glitches
The onboarding and training process was overall very comprehensive, covering the key features I needed to get started effectively. They provided detailed walkthroughs and helpful resources that I appreciated. However, I found the support lacking when I encountered technical issues during the setup phase; the training didn’t really prepare me for troubleshooting unexpected problems. I expected a bit more guidance on how to handle such situations within the training itself. It felt like the training was rigid and didn’t adapt well to my real-time difficulties, which was disappointing. Despite that, the structure and content were well-designed, so if they improve the responsiveness to problems during training, it could be excellent. Missing that adaptive troubleshooting left me reliant on external help, which made the process longer than it should have been.
