Phir bhi, jaise hi baat hui, unhone apna kaam achi tarah kiya aur queries thik se address kari. Jo training material mila tha, usse pata chala ki team knowledgeable hai par communication mein thodi der lagi. Invoice aur payment process thoda complicated tha, par support ne step-by-step samjhaya. Agar thoda fast response ho, toh customer ke liye experience aur better ho sakta hai. Still, effort karna pada mujhe thoda ziada.
