Support se baat karna tha isi liye call kiya, aur mujhe lag raha tha ki main ekdum tension free ho jaungi. Par end tak thoda confusion hi raha, kyunki support staff ki baatein thodi unclear thi aur main confident nahi ho paayi ki mere problems sahi se samjhe gaye. Dialer aur database features mein to kaam hua, par jab clear direction chahiye thi tab wo missing laga. Thoda patience rakhna pada support ke process mein, jo mujhe normally pasand nahi hai. Ho sakta hai ki doosri baar jab call karo tab better response mile, par meri taraf se yeh overall experience thoda disappointing tha, ek tarah se insecure feel karvaya.
