Thoda tricky tha find karna, par shayad try phir nahi karunga
Maine socha tha ke sales process simple hoga, lekin mujhe apni zarurat ka exact software feature dhoondhne mein thodi problem aayi. Website ka layout theek hai, par search aur filters thode confusing lage. Call karke support se poochha toh unhone madad ki, par tab tak mujhe already kaafi time laga hua tha. Jo documentation thi, wo bhi thodi incomplete lag rahi thi mere liye. Matlab, good points hain jaise ki response time theek tha and kisi tarah ki hidden charges nahi dikh rahe, par overall jo experience tha, usme thoda struggle zyada hua. Isliye shayad main dubara ye process repeat nahi karunga unless wo changes karte hain user jo journey ko easy banaye.
